Today’s Toronto Star has an article on that city’s troubles implementing its bicycle infrastructure.  Urban Velo had a short piece on cycling in Toronto the other day, which sparked the inevitable Toronto vs Montreal debate in its comments (I argued neither city was a cycling haven. BOO-YA!).  We all appreciate the effort that cities make, but perhaps they could hurry it up a little?
