Boris has balls.

London Mayor Boris Johnson (who nearly lost his head while making a reconnaissance ride through London) is trying to turn the city upside down, and he’s aware that it might cost him.  He wants to build bicycle super-highways, plans to institute a bike share programme, and is doing everything he can to get people out of their cars and onto their bikes.  Let’s hope that stiff upper lip can endure the wrath London motorists (and their teeny tiny cars).
