Where the A-holes are: Imperial College, London.

Wheres Boris when you need him?

Where's Boris when you need him?

Students cycling across a thin stretch of pavement that separates the road from the bicycle racks in front of Blackett Laboratory at London’s Imperial College were met by police who gave each one a £30 ticket.  Not the best way to raise awareness or encourage cycling.  Plus, ticketing British students for minor infractions (especially when a warning would do) is pretty low.  They need that money for angular haircuts and dark beer.
