If Portland is North America’s Copenhagen, then I suppose Amsterdam is Europe’s Eugene. This video by Kona Bicycles (which I blatantly stole from Cycle Zine) is infuriating. There are bicycles everywhere. Perched atop (or balanced astride?) those bicycles are extremely attractive people. What’s more, THEY ARE BERATING US! Their healthy skin and wind-swept hair is enough to make you want to throttle them in a vain attempt to divest yourself of pent-up self-hatred.
