Where the a-holes are: Los Angeles

I've seen Oz. He's in trouble.

The L.A. Times is reporting that Dr. Christopher Thompson has been convicted on 7 charges of dangerous driving and assault with a deadly weapon after he stopped short in front of two cyclists to “teach them a lesson.”  Drunk Cyclist has a good post summarizing the entire event, which is well worth the read.

This is a pyrrhic victory, really.  Both cyclists were hurt badly and now Thompson faces up to 10 years in prison.  If we all just mellow out, share the road, and don’t act like giant a-holes, things will get better.
